They are currently seeking a motivated and talented Associate Financial Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career advisor looking to grow with a firm that prioritizes mentorship, client relationships, and professional development. You will work alongside senior advisors to deliver custom financial solutions, learning the nuances of wealth management while developing into a lead advisor role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior advisors in managing client relationships by assisting in the development of comprehensive financial plans, including retirement planning, investment strategies, and estate planning.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather data, provide updates, and implement financial strategies.
  • Prepare and present financial planning reports that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct research on market trends, investment products, and portfolio performance to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Collaborate with the advisory team on strategies related to asset allocation, tax planning, and risk management.
  • Provide ongoing client support by handling inquiries, monitoring portfolios, and making adjustments based on financial objectives and market conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and stay informed about financial planning best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial planning.
  • Progress toward, or completion of, CFP® designation preferred.
  • Series 65 or 66
  • Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client service and relationship-building.
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
